We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item [not on sale] for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All sale items are final. You must email customer service at info@echocoactive.com within 10-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back.
Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Refunds may take 2-3 business days for your bank to finalize once we issue a refund.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Echo Company Active.
