Shipping Delays:
Due to carriers being affected by COVID, packages are being delayed, and tracking is not always continuously updated to keep you aware of where your package is, at the time. The carriers internal processes can cause delays. We appreciate your understanding as we know that this can be frustrating. Know that we try to get the customers orders out of our hands and to the carriers as fast as we can.
 
Please keep in mind that shipping carriers have been extremely overwhelmed from new policies put in place from COVID-19 and with additional restrictions put on operations in the State of California. Packages that usually take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, can now take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Costs:
We do our best to keep shipping prices low for domestic shipping. Pricing is based on final destination and weight. We’re doing our best to keep pricing as low as we can while getting your order to you quickly. 

Order Processing and Ship Times:
Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, orders are printed, and packed ASAP.  We try and ship orders out the same day whenever possible and work to ship the day after you order if we are not able to same day. California orders generally arrive in 2-4 days once they leave our headquarters and orders outside of California can take between 2-7 business days depending on the distance the package needs to travel.  Orders to the other continental states take between 1-6 days. This all depends what kind of shipping the customers chooses, as well.

Free shipping deliveries can take between 2-14 days to be delivered once shipped from our headquarters.

Damaged Shipments:
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Be sure to check with carrier for updates once we’ve shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.
